NVH Engineer (EM)

About the role
The NVH Engineer will address abnormal noise issues in electrical drives, optimise existing drive noise, and lead NVH development for new products within Bosch's engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Solve abnormal noise of electrical drives in series production by analysing signal characteristics, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Optimize noise of existing electrical drives by analysing main excitations, resonance modes and structural weak points, and delivering design improvements.
- Lead NVH development for new products: set NVH targets, collaborate with design engineers, assess risks with simulation support, resolve NVH issues during sampling, and ensure target achievement.
Required profile
- Master's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics or a related field.
- Solid theoretical knowledge of vibration mechanics and digital signal processing.
- At least 2 years of work or research experience on NVH topics.
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
