Medical Science Liaison – NF 1 – Chongqing

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison to join our Medical Affairs team in Chongqing. The role involves building scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering accurate therapeutic information, and supporting both field and office‑based initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals by providing evidence‑based, therapeutic and pharmaco‑economic information.
• Organise and deliver tailored educational sessions, seminars or briefings that address knowledge gaps.
• Respond to complex scientific queries from internal colleagues and external HCPs, escalating when required while ensuring compliance.
• Review scientific materials for alignment with internal policies and local regulatory guidelines.
• Provide precise therapeutic information to support field activities and office initiatives.
• Monitor therapeutic advancements, treatment guidelines and regulatory updates within the assigned field.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including compliance, regulatory and commercial colleagues, to improve medical information delivery.
• Collect actionable insights from HCP interactions to inform internal strategies and patient‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare sector.
• Ability to manage requests independently, prioritize tasks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and scientific presentation abilities.
• Advanced degree (MSc, PharmD, PhD) and comprehensive knowledge of medical compliance regulations are desirable.
