Medical Science Liaison – Harbin

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will act as a scientific bridge between our organization and healthcare professionals in the Harbin region. You will provide accurate, evidence‑based therapeutic and pharmacoeconomic information, ensuring all interactions comply with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HCPs by delivering scientifically accurate information.
• Organise and present tailored educational sessions, seminars, or briefings based on stakeholder needs.
• Respond to complex scientific queries from internal teams and external professionals, escalating when necessary.
• Review scientific materials for compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Provide precise therapeutic and product information to support field and office activities.
• Monitor therapeutic advances, treatment guidelines, and regulatory updates within the assigned therapeutic area.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including compliance, regulatory, and sales, to improve medical information delivery.
• Collect actionable insights from HCP interactions to inform internal strategies and patient‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare sector.
• Ability to manage requests independently, prioritize tasks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and scientific presentation abilities.
• Advanced degree (MSc, PharmD, PhD) and knowledge of medical compliance regulations are desirable.
