Job description
职位概况
负责物料需求计划、进料进度管控及跨部门协同，确保生产线物料齐套，提升库存周转效率。
主要职责
- 根据市场预测、订单等运算MRP，制定物料请购计划。
- 核算并跟进物料进料计划，确保按时交付。
- 协调产线、采购、质检、仓库等，优化物料检验收发流程。
- 建立预警机制，防止因物料问题导致停线。
- 控制库存水平，处理呆滞物料。
- 管理外协加工物料的发放与回货进度。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，物流、供应链、工业工程或统计学相关专业优先。
- 3年以上制造业物控或计划工作经验。
- 熟悉制造业生产流程，熟练使用ERP系统（SAP、Oracle、用友、金蝶等）。
- 精通Excel，具备强数据分析能力。
必备技能
- SAP或其他ERP系统操作
- Oracle系统使用经验
- 用友、金蝶等ERP软件
- Excel高级功能（函数、数据透视表）
