职位概况
负责根据客户需求和生产计划向供应商下达订单及预测，确保物料及时到位，支撑制造流程的顺畅进行。
主要职责
- 向供应商发布订单和需求预测，满足生产计划。
- 与供应商沟通、跟进，确保零部件按时到厂。
- 监控库存水平，防止库存过高或物料短缺。
- 协助团队优化数据处理工具，提高工作效率。
- 根据需求波动、供应能力和产能，动态调整安全库存。
- 控制呆滞库存，降低在手及供应商端的闲置物料。
- 管理运费成本，避免额外费用。
- 支持新项目的物料需求协调。
- 自我学习提升，满足岗位要求。
任职要求
- 具备供应链或物料计划相关工作经验。
- 熟悉订单管理、库存控制及供应商协作流程。
- 具备数据分析与处理能力，能够使用相应工具优化流程。
- 良好的沟通协调能力和自我驱动学习能力。
