Material Controller – STC Spares Management

About the role

We are looking for a Material Controller to manage the inventory sizing and replenishment of STC spares across the region. The role ensures optimal stock levels, supports new product introductions and drives KPI reporting for the logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Size inventory of STC spares using statistical methods and inputs from logistics planning teams.
• Maintain material master data (ROP, lead‑times, source) and oversee replenishment processes.
• Monitor spares availability, performance metrics and work with supply teams to prioritize demand.
• Handle impacts of new product introductions, engineering changes and obsolescence on supply routes and inventory.
• Produce regional and global KPI reports for STC spares.
• Manage spares inventory across distribution centres, hubs and field locations to maximise service levels at minimal cost.
• Support availability modelling and sizing tools used by forecasting and central logistics teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
• 2–3 years of supply‑chain or material‑control experience.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical mindset using quantitative tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
