Marketing Executive, China

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the implementation of the brand’s marketing strategy across China. Working closely with regional teams, you will coordinate integrated campaigns, retail activations, store openings, events and other brand visibility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute seasonal marketing campaigns and offline brand initiatives, managing timelines, assets and stakeholder communications.
• Support the planning and rollout of marketing plans for new store openings, renovations and key commercial moments, collaborating with Retail, Visual Merchandising, CRM and Mall Marketing teams.
• Manage relationships with landlords, mall marketing teams, agencies and vendors to secure advertising placements and co‑marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate the production, distribution and archiving of marketing materials, maintain calendars and project trackers, and oversee gifting and event inventories.
• Assist with invoice processing, vendor onboarding, contract administration and payment tracking, and prepare regular campaign reports and competitive analyses.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in the fashion industry or an event agency in China; retail marketing experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, energetic and eager to grow within a luxury fashion environment.
