Marketing Executive – Asia Marketing (Shanghai)

About the role

Schroders is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join its Asia Marketing team in Shanghai. You will support the execution of multi‑channel campaigns that promote Schroders' investment solutions across mainland China, working closely with regional and global marketing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering digital, paid‑media, event and social‑media initiatives tailored to Chinese audiences.
• Support the localisation of global marketing programmes for the mainland China market.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, product development and corporate communications—to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Gather and analyse performance data to inform data‑driven optimisation of campaigns.
• Help manage relationships with external agencies and media partners.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing, especially within financial services.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
