Marketing Event Intern

About the role

Join Airbus China as a Marketing Event Intern and support the Sales Process Manager in delivering high‑impact seminars and industry events. You will gain hands‑on experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and internal communications within a global aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing event proposals, drafting agendas, compiling participant lists, and handling internal compliance and budget submissions.
• Communicate with external suppliers (venues, PR agencies, logistics partners) and track costs to keep projects within budget.
• Provide on‑site support during customer seminars and major industry events, including setup, registration, schedule tracking, and MC duties.
• Gather materials, draft documents, and perform administrative tasks to aid senior sales directors in client and partner interactions.
• Support internal branding by collecting news and drafting basic content for HUB, newsletters, and other internal channels.
• Contribute to AI‑driven content generation, video production, and graphic design tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent adaptability, communication, and a proactive, responsible attitude.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality design work promptly under time pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Commitment to a five‑day work week and awareness of compliance risks.
