Marketing Director, Male Grooming

About the role

Responsible for guiding the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans based on strong consumer insights, enhancing brand preference and driving a consumer‑centric culture.

Key responsibilities

• Guides development and implementation of marketing strategies based on consumer insights.
• Partners with regional business units to activate and synchronize the regional marketing plan and new product launches.
• Leads a cross‑functional team covering CMI, CRM, media and social to provide strategic input throughout the planning cycle.
• Evaluates campaign performance, analyses data and continuously optimises strategies.
• Drives media planning and ROI improvement using MMM, oversees media briefings and joint business planning.
• Manages external agency relationships, sets SOW, KPI and audits results in cooperation with procurement.
• Collaborates with business leaders to develop channel strategies and promotional planning for top customers.
• Optimises creative content adaptation per channel while maintaining brand standards.
• Leads the Healthy Living Lab to enhance consumer experience and benchmark against market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in brand, digital, e‑commerce, B2B/B2C marketing or new product launches.
• Proven leadership in FMCG, beauty or consumer‑durable brands.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to act as a brand ambassador for Philips externally.
• Strategic thinking and business planning capability.
• Experience building and managing a sizable team of domain experts.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset and problem‑solving ability.
• Leadership and cross‑team collaboration skills.
