Market Product Manager

About the role

As a Market Product Manager you will be the primary point of contact for the commercial sales team in the Beijing region, equipping them with deep product knowledge and compelling value propositions to strengthen Satair’s market position. You will collaborate closely with OEM product‑management counterparts, share regional market intelligence and drive growth across multiple product lines. The role reports to the Head of Market Product Management Eastern Region and works alongside peers in Singapore and China.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Satair’s products and services in the assigned region.
• Adapt product pricing, prepare ad‑hoc pricing proposals and ensure alignment with discount guidelines.
• Own order intake, sales targets and profit objectives for the region.
• Lead sales campaigns, present proposals to customers and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the CRM pipeline to meet budget targets and follow up with commercial and product‑management teams.
• Support contract follow‑up, provide input to long‑term product line business plans and participate in OEM business review meetings.
• Drive new product launches, local process implementation and regional product marketing plans.
• Represent the voice of assigned product lines in regional leadership and commercial meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, product, program or supply‑chain management.
• Strong understanding of the aviation spares business, supply‑chain processes and maintenance support obligations.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed profitability targets.
• Excellent business acumen and experience working with global stakeholders.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity and sustainable growth.

Required skills

• Knowledge of aviation product‑management discipline.
• Familiarity with OEM partnership and pricing structures.
