Manager, HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping people strategies that drive growth and organizational effectiveness. You will own the full employee lifecycle, champion a high‑performance culture, and leverage data and digital tools to improve decision‑making and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into people initiatives that boost performance, engagement and talent development.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, driving engagement, retention and a positive workplace culture.
• Utilize people analytics, workforce data and AI‑enabled tools to generate insights that support business decisions.
• Promote digital HR solutions, process automation and continuous improvement while ensuring high‑quality HR data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation and HR governance; collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and Shared Services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international organization.
• Proven business‑partnering experience supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication abilities.
• Experience leading change and organizational transformation initiatives.
