维修技术员（Maintenance Operator）

职位概况
负责设备设施的安全运行、日常巡检、保养及故障维修，确保生产设备高效、可靠运行。
主要职责
- 评估安全风险，监督同事安全行为，识别并消除工作场所隐患。
- 按照公司制度学习设备原理，完成巡检、仪表抄读及异常上报。
- 独立执行设备保养，带领维修团队按计划完成维修任务。
- 及时处理设备故障，跟踪维修结果，确保故障不重复出现，返修率≤2%。
- 落实5S管理，整理工具、备件及工作区域。
- 执行设备搬迁、安装及改进改善等上级安排的工作。
任职要求
- 中专以上学历，机电专业。
- 两年以上机电维修工作经验。
- 持有初级以上机电类职业资格证书及国家颁发的高低压电工证。
- 具备PLC基础应用能力。
- 具备安全、质量意识及良好的沟通、分析和问题解决能力。
- 工作细致耐心，责任心强，具备团队合作精神。
