Logistics Specialist – China Hub

About the role

The Logistics Specialist supports the China Hub’s daily operations, stakeholder engagement, and supplier interactions. This role blends office management, executive assistance, translation, and coordination to ensure smooth hub activities and effective communication across internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate in‑country office and administrative tasks for the China Hub.
• Plan and organise supplier visits, site tours, and “Go & See” programs for senior leaders.
• Manage travel, accommodation, meeting logistics and event arrangements.
• Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, meeting packs and maintain action registers.
• Provide high‑quality Mandarin‑English translation for contracts, reports, onboarding documents and other business materials.
• Support supplier onboarding, commercial processes and internal/external communications.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator or similar in a large global organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate executive visits and manage complex schedules.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently while managing competing priorities.
