Logistics Specialist – APAC

About the role

Monster Energy is looking for an APAC‑focused Logistics Specialist to ensure seamless movement of products, raw materials and promotional items across the region. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams, driving order fulfillment and supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders, internal sample requests and claims, guaranteeing timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate order visibility and status updates within SAP.
• Coordinate product flows between co‑manufacturers, distribution partners, customers and third‑party logistics providers.
• Work with freight forwarders, establish new carriers, and handle related paperwork and freight tenders.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs declarations.
• Compile customer claim files and follow up on approvals for returns or damages.
• Report weekly sales order status, monitor transportation performance and support monthly on‑time closing.
• Enter and verify data in SAP for sales orders, stock transfers and freight cost documents.
• Ensure compliance with export/import regulations, applying correct HS codes and obtaining necessary permits.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling logistics and supply‑chain activities across APAC markets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with international freight forwarding, customs documentation and carrier management.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data entry, reporting and compliance tasks.
