Logistics Representative – Transportation Management

About the role

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Logistics Representative to act as an extension of the customer’s staff, ensuring smooth flow of supply‑chain information within our Transportation Management System. The role is fully onsite, fostering collaboration and rapid problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer load boards and manage information flow in the Transportation Management System.
• Maintain team mailboxes and handle exception management according to predefined processes.
• Facilitate customer calls, provide proactive updates, and meet operational metrics.
• Conduct system trainings for external C.H. Robinson representatives.
• Reconcile daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Suggest fact‑based improvements to help customers maximize C.H. Robinson’s value proposition.
• Support peers and identify process improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting information systems.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and travel up to 5 % (domestic or international).
• Fluent in English and the primary language of the applicable region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
