Logistic Planner

About the role

The Logistic Planner will work closely with the sales organization, end customers and internal factories to ensure the most efficient delivery service at the lowest possible cost. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities, from production planning to material procurement, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate with sales, customers and factories to deliver the best service at the lowest cost.
• Manage global customer service and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee production planning to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Plan materials, manage suppliers and ensure timely supply.
• Control supply‑chain costs and handle product phase‑in/phase‑out processes.
• Ensure smooth physical flow of product delivery and material procurement.
• Maintain inventory levels and data quality in SAP.
• Optimize logistics processes in SAP and physical flow for sales, procurement and production planning.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply‑chain functions such as outbound planning, production planning or materials planning.
• Fluent English (CET‑6 or above).
• Strong communication skills and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
