Licence Aircraft Engineer (L2) – Composite – CAAC Part‑66 TA Licence Required

About the role

The role involves performing composite and structural maintenance on A320, A330 and 737NG aircraft in compliance with CAAC regulations. The engineer will work on component removal, greening, cutting, and a wide range of repair tasks to ensure airworthiness.

Key responsibilities

• Remove components and perform greening/cutting according to Airworthiness Documents and CAAC circular AC-145-FS-2019-017.
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance checks while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
• Diagnose hydraulic and mechanical malfunctions using hand tools, gauges and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with engineers and system mechanics to verify correct operation of all aircraft systems.
• Prepare diagnostic reports, label and organise parts, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Inspect engines, wings, propellers, tails, hoses and joints for cracks, corrosion or wear.
• Install new or repaired parts, perform composite repairs (resin, wet‑ply, prepreg, hot‑bond) and cabin wallpaper replacement.
• Consult maintenance manuals (SRM, CMM) to select appropriate repair procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mandatory Civil Aviation Administration of China Part‑66 TA licence.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Thorough knowledge of A320, A330 and 737NG aircraft structures and systems.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and CAAC regulations.
