Legal Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to support our growing international business. The role will work closely with business, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams, providing practical legal solutions across multiple overseas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate Chinese and English agreements related to e‑commerce platforms, DTC websites, supply chain, logistics, payments, advertising, and channel partnerships.
• Build and improve cross‑border compliance frameworks covering product compliance, advertising and content, consumer protection, data privacy, and platform governance.
• Manage global trademark and copyright portfolios, IP complaints, enforcement actions, and unfair competition matters.
• Coordinate overseas disputes, arbitration, and litigation while managing external counsel, service quality, and legal costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in law and a PRC legal professional qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of in‑house legal or law‑firm experience.
• Experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, global brand expansion, or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of cross‑border contracts, platform policies, product compliance, IP, data privacy, and consumer protection.
• Professional English proficiency with ability to review English contracts and communicate with overseas counsel and clients.
• Pragmatic, resilient, and business‑minded approach with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment.
