Lead Architect 建筑设计师 (BLS)

About the role

The Lead Architect will oversee the design and documentation of multiple building projects across China. This role combines strategic site planning with hands‑on coordination to ensure each project meets safety, cost, time and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for several concurrent projects.
• Develop overall site and spatial planning concepts.
• Create detailed design documentation for various client buildings.
• Manage team members, including LDI specialists, to ensure code‑compliant documentation.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and external consultants to deliver complete building solutions.
• Anticipate potential issues and implement preventive measures.
• Apply lateral thinking to balance safety, cost, schedule and quality goals.
• Visit construction sites as needed for measurements, meetings and development sessions with clients and authorities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design, document and detail buildings and sites in China.
• Experience producing work‑package documentation.
• Strong teamwork skills to deliver coordinated building designs.
• Capability to write clear, logically ordered design reports.
