职位概况
负责L4 Robotaxi业务的全栈需求开发，提升系统性能、稳定性和易用性。
主要职责
- 根据业务需求进行功能开发和迭代。
- 分析系统瓶颈，推动性能优化和架构升级。
- 编写、维护技术文档，促进团队知识传承。
任职要求
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上，2年以上全栈开发经验。
- 扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟悉Linux系统原理。
- 熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP及网络编程。
- 具备至少两种技术栈组合的实践经验。
- 了解MySQL、NoSQL、RPC、MQ、缓存及微服务架构。
- 良好的沟通协作和问题解决能力。
必备技能
- TypeScript、Node.js、Python、Java、React、Go。
- Linux操作系统。
- TCP/IP、HTTP协议。
- MySQL、NoSQL数据库。
- RPC、消息队列（MQ）。
- 缓存技术、微服务架构。
