Kindergarten English Teacher (Beijing)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Kindergarten English Teacher to join a high‑end kindergarten in Beijing’s Tongzhou district. This full‑time role starts as soon as possible and involves creating an immersive English learning environment for children aged 3‑6.

Key responsibilities

• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students, fostering English language acquisition.
• Plan lessons, manage the classroom, and organize activities that incorporate games, music, books, art and technology.
• Assess each child’s progress regularly and provide personalized instruction to meet educational milestones.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a supportive and optimal learning environment.
• Maintain classroom schedules from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia resources.
