Abercrombie & Fitch's Hollister store in Hangzhou is looking for a full-time Key Holder. The Key Holder drives business growth through leadership and takes an active part in delivering a differentiated customer experience. As a leader of a multi-million dollar business, the role requires assertiveness, analytical thinking and trustworthiness, and involves leading a team so that daily operations, including opening and closing routines, run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Train and develop associates

• Supervise store presentation and sales floor operations
• Protect assets and control shrinkage
• Follow policies and procedures

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong work ethic
• Assertiveness and adaptability
• Ability to handle stress and multitask
