Key Account Manager – Large Customer (EM)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for large customers (EM) at Bosch Group in Shanghai, you will drive acquisition and commercial activities within cross‑functional customer teams. You will shape acquisition strategies, lead negotiations, and ensure profitable pricing for Bosch products and components.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute acquisition strategies for specific OEM sourcing.
• Lead cross‑functional acquisition teams and pre‑selling activities.
• Select and apply acquisition tools such as battle plans, war‑gaming, and mapping.
• Analyse sales pricing, release SE1‑4, and implement pricing strategies.
• Manage acquisition negotiations, quotations, and project handovers.
• Enter customer requirements into the CRS Tool and ensure best‑practice exchange.
• Evaluate business cases, negotiate contracts, logistics, and packaging.
• Lead price management, PCR negotiations, and ECM/RPP implementation.
• Prepare customer quote letters and conduct lessons‑learned analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account or large‑customer management.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and acquisition projects.
• Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of pricing strategy.
• Familiarity with OEM sourcing and commercial contract management.
• Analytical mindset for market, competitor, and price analysis.
