Junior Compliance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join our fast‑growing global digital finance platform. You will support the legal and compliance function by reviewing marketing materials, managing data‑privacy documentation, and handling regulatory updates across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Review marketing campaigns and promotional content for compliance, ensuring required disclosures are in place before launch.
• Maintain up‑to‑date data‑protection documentation and assess cross‑border data‑transfer risks.
• Support privacy impact assessments for new products or campaigns.
• Monitor regulatory changes in the company’s markets and translate them into practical internal updates.
• Liaise with external counsel, summarising advice into clear recommendations.
• Process data subject access requests and manage related correspondence.
• Keep compliance training materials current and user‑friendly.
• Provide first‑line responses to internal compliance queries and contribute ideas to improve daily operations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in fintech, capital markets, or a regulated environment (law firm, regulator, or in‑house compliance).
• Strong writing and research abilities with the judgment to act quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Self‑starter who can work without a fully scoped brief and juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English, comfortable drafting legal/compliance content in both languages.
