Junior Captain

About the role

As a Junior Captain at Four Seasons Guangzhou, you will support the food and beverage team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Working in the hotel’s upscale restaurants and lounges, you will assist with service set‑up, guest interaction and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange all mise‑en‑place and service setups according to the standards set by your supervisor.
• Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items, following departmental service flow and hotel standards.
• Ensure a complete and satisfying dining experience for every guest.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout the shift.
• Handle guest reservations and accurately record guest profile information.
• Complete weekly scheduled tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and stay up‑to‑date with Four Seasons work rules and standards.
