About the role
The Atrium Junior Captain supports the delivery of exceptional dining experiences in the Atrium of Four Seasons Guangzhou. Working in a high‑end, sky‑lit environment, you will engage with guests, guide them through menu options, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience with high‑quality, professional service.
- Anticipate guest needs, offer menu and beverage suggestions, and respond promptly to requests.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of food and wine offerings to guide guests effectively.
Required profile
- Outgoing personality with a can‑do attitude.
- Strong understanding of food and wine.
- Experience in luxury resort or hotel environments is considered an asset.
Required skills
