About the role

A leading international law firm is recruiting a Junior Associate for its Hong Kong capital markets team based in Shanghai. The candidate will work closely with partners, associates and paralegals in Shanghai and Hong Kong, within an integrated regional network.

Required profile

PRC-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of solid experience in HK IPOs
Exceptional English proficiency
