Junior Accountant – Fixed Assets

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its RTR team, focusing on fixed‑asset accounting within a fast‑moving engineering environment. You will support the finance function of a large manufacturing operation, ensuring accurate asset tracking, reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle fixed‑asset processes, including acquisition, scrapping, transfer and related accounting entries.
• Prepare and process monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with the company’s closing schedule.
• Perform fixed‑asset data analysis, forecasting and reconciliation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain communication with factory departments to resolve accounting issues and provide timely support.
• Continuously improve accounting processes, update SOPs and ensure strict adherence to internal control policies.
• Assist the supervisor with additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Accounting Intermediate, CMA or CPA are preferred.
• Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• At least two years of experience in fixed‑asset accounting for large manufacturing enterprises; experience in a financial sharing center or project management is a plus.
