Job description
职位概况
负责致远OA系统核心运维，确保系统高可用，管理用户账号及公章审批流程，保障数据安全与合规。
主要职责
- 日常启停、监控、日志分析、故障排查与修复，系统可用性≥99.9%。
- 管理OA用户账号、权限、组织架构，严格管控公章使用。
- 执行系统补丁更新、版本升级、漏洞扫描与安全加固。
- 维护MySQL/SQL Server数据库，进行性能调优、备份与恢复演练。
- 快速响应用户问题，提供操作指导与培训，编写运维手册。
- 协同研发、行政等部门，梳理需求并推动流程数字化。
任职要求
- 全日制大专及以上，计算机相关专业。
- 熟悉Windows Server、Linux服务器管理。
- 掌握MySQL、SQL Server基础操作与维护。
- 了解TCP/IP、VPN网络基础，熟悉VMware虚拟化。
- 具备数据备份恢复、信息安全合规意识。
- 良好的问题排查与跨部门沟通能力。
