职位概况
负责为公司内部员工及外部客户提供PC桌面端技术支持，执行电脑标准化部署并维护IT资产，确保系统安全与稳定运行。
主要职责
- 通过电话或邮件受理并登记PC桌面技术支持工单。
- 按照信息安全策略完成Windows系统安装、软件推送、杀毒软件部署及故障排查。
- 基于Active Directory进行用户账户的创建、删除、密码重置及权限管理。
- 提供一级日常维护，及时转交二、三级需求并跟踪协调。
- 与其他部门协作解决客户问题，协助IT固定资产管理。
任职要求
- 计算机或相关专业学历。
- 熟悉网络基础及Windows操作系统，了解安卓和iOS设备。
- 具备英语四级水平。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够独立应对挑战，积极主动并乐于学习新技术。
