职位概况
负责为内部员工及外部客户提供PC桌面端技术支持，执行电脑标准化部署及日常维护，确保IT系统安全稳定运行。
主要职责
- 通过电话或邮件响应并处理PC桌面端技术支持工单。
- 按照公司信息安全策略完成Windows系统安装、软件推送、杀毒软件部署及故障排除。
- 基于Active Directory进行用户账户的创建、删除、密码重置及权限管理。
- 对PC客户端进行一级维护，必要时将二级、三级需求转交后线团队并跟进。
- 协同其他部门解决客户问题，协助IT固定资产管理。
任职要求
- 计算机或相关专业学历。
- 熟悉网络及微软Windows操作系统、安卓和iOS设备。
- 具备英语四级水平。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够独立应对挑战，积极主动，愿意学习新技能。
必备技能
