IT Helpdesk Analyst

About the role

Smith is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide end‑user support across its global locations. You will ensure that desktops, servers, and related services run smoothly, enabling employees to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the IT infrastructure, including Windows servers and Active Directory.
• Provide first‑line support for PC operating systems, hardware, video‑conference equipment, applications, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Maintain desktop PCs, apply patches, and perform regular updates.
• Deploy and configure PCs for new hires using standard images and software packages.
• Perform workstation hardware and software upgrades as needed.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, software licenses, and assist with procurement.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams on ad‑hoc projects and technical assignments.
• Serve as backup IT Administrator for technical issues and be available for after‑hours support when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of end‑user IT support experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and self‑motivated.
• Good command of English; Mandarin required, Cantonese a plus.
• Willingness to work after hours when necessary.
