About the role
JCI is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support APAC ERP products covering Service Operations, Project Operations, Procurement and Materials Management processes. The role takes part in ERP enhancement, process standardization and ERP convergence initiatives across APAC.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and facilitate fit-gap workshops
- Design future-state processes
- Manage product backlog and enhancement prioritization
- Support release planning
- Prepare business requirements and coordinate testing
- Support deployment and adoption
Required profile
- 5-7 years of IT business analysis experience
- 3-5 years of ERP experience
- Experience in SAP MM, Procurement, Service Operations, Project Operations or Supply Chain
- Hands-on ERP process knowledge, able to run workshops independently and interact with business leaders
- Interest in moving from project delivery to product ownership
Required skills
- SAP MM, Procurement, Inventory Management, Service Contracts, Work Orders, Project Billing
- Preferred: SAP ECC, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Jira
