About the role
The Inventory Planner will support KONE's maintenance business by managing spare‑parts inventory plans and coordinating logistics and procurement activities. This role ensures accurate MRP data and contributes to a profitable, efficient supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain inventory plans for service business storage locations and support automated purchasing processes.
- Coordinate logistics services, procurement frequency, and sourcing activities with relevant teams.
- Manage MRP data, including inventory levels, reorder points, quantities, and guiding parameters.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to update storage locations, delivery addresses, and MRP settings.
- Plan material inventories for maintenance storage locations, leveraging global tools and support.
- Initiate and oversee inventory counts in accordance with legal regulations and global processes.
