About the role

The Innovation Project Manager 60 is responsible for executing multi‑disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource constraints while fostering effective team collaboration and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑disciplinary innovation projects independently, meeting agreed timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Prepare and implement complex projects within specifications, managing project teams as part of larger initiatives.
• Resolve a wide range of issues creatively, applying good judgment to select methods and drive improvements.
• Develop and apply advanced planning, estimation, and risk‑management techniques specific to the design discipline.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and ensuring alignment on objectives.
• Document project knowledge, capture lessons learned, and share best practices for future reference.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in portfolio, innovation, or project/program management, or equivalent experience with a Master’s degree.
