Industrial Production Manager

About the role

PARLYM is looking for an Industrial Production Manager to lead the manufacturing plant near Shanghai that produces industrial valves (ball, gate, check, etc.). You will be responsible for defining the production strategy, managing the team and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑growing engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define manufacturing strategy, plan workloads and monitor KPIs.
• Supervise workshop, maintenance and quality managers and manage industrial relations.
• Implement Lean methods, reduce defects and optimise production flows.
• Manage the site budget, approve investments and modernise equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Piping Engineering or Industrial Management.
• 5‑10 years of experience in a similar industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational abilities and fluency in Chinese plus English or French.

Required skills

• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).
• Lean production methodology.
