负责带领团队完成公司下达的销售目标，提升产品在区域内的市场占有率，策划并执行市场促销活动。
主要职责
- 制定并落实区域销售计划，完成业绩指标。
- 组织市场推广活动，收集并反馈市场信息。
- 拜访医院，维护关键客户关系，签订合作协议。
- 协调商业人员，确保产品供应与资源分配。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业。
- 2年以上医药行业销售管理经验，熟悉医院市场。
- 具备产品知识、销售技巧和区域管理能力。
