职位概况
晨北科技（VeSync）是一家全球智能健康产品公司，旗下品牌在欧美市场占有优势。现招聘高级ID工业设计师，负责定义下一代智能产品的设计语言。
主要职责
- 基于品牌与产品战略，洞察欧美用户偏好，提出区域化创新设计方案。
- 运用用户中心设计思维，将需求转化为可行的设计策略与产品定义。
- 独立完成概念探索、方案深化、3D建模、CMF定义及生产跟进全流程。
- 构建逻辑清晰、富有感染力的设计故事，推动内部共识与决策。
- 与产品、结构、硬件、供应链等团队协作，平衡美学、体验、成本与制程，实现设计落地。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，工业设计或产品设计相关专业，5年以上消费电子或家电设计经验，有成熟量产案例。
- 熟悉欧美市场审美与文化，具备国际视野和趋势敏感度。
- 具备优秀的设计表达、陈述与协作能力，能够精准理解需求并推动问题解决。
- 良好的英文读写能力，支持国际化设计调研与资料分析。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Photoshop、Keyshot、Rhino、Alias 等二维三维设计软件。
- 精通 Creo者优先。
