HVAC Design Engineer – PS-TS

About the role

As an HVAC Design Engineer at Bosch Group in Changsha, you will develop mechanical concepts for HVAC blower systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements and internal design standards. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to deliver high‑quality components on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mechanical concepts based on customer specifications and internal guidelines.
• Apply product engineering methods such as DRBFM and DFMEA during the development phase.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings, generate component specifications, and release the Bill of Materials on time.
• Conduct risk assessments for product and process deviations.
• Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to discuss technical issues, approve purchased parts for validation, and support series release.
• Utilize engineering problem‑solving methods (e.g., 8D, PS) to resolve product issues and provide technical support to internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with HVAC blower design.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team.
