HRIS Specialist

About the role

Johnsonelectric is looking for an HRIS Specialist in Jiangmen. The role covers the coordination, testing, maintenance and improvement of the HR information system, including training users and exploring AI applications within HRIS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HRIS meetings, document minutes and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
• Run system testing according to standards, report issues and optimise functions.
• Analyse requirements, collect feedback, compile reports and drive system improvements.
• Coordinate vendor-factory training and deliver factory-wide HR training for new hires, annual refreshers and new features.
• Collaborate on operation guidelines and policy documentation, and conduct daily system checks, notifying vendors of issues promptly.
• Analyse factory needs, report to management and implement approved changes.
• Explore AI applications in HRIS and propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or an HR-related field.
• 2+ years in HR system projects; manufacturing or HRIS implementation experience preferred.
• Good English reading and writing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving and project management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR processes and ability to turn needs into system solutions.
• Advanced Office skills.
• Power BI, Automate, App and AI HR application experience preferred.
