职位概况
我们正在寻找具备3年以上互联网或科技企业HRBP经验的专业人才，负责研发团队的人力资源全流程支持，推动组织绩效与人才发展。
主要职责
- 深入了解研发部门需求，提供专业的人力资源解决方案和建议。
- 设计研发绩效管理和激励体系，激发创新创造力。
- 开展人才盘点，制定人才发展规划，建设研发人才梯队。
- 与研发人员有效互动，处理员工关系，提升员工体验。
- 营造良好组织氛围和研发文化，打造技术IP。
- 推动公司HR政策在研发团队的落地执行。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网或科技企业HRBP或人力资源相关工作经验。
- 对业务有较好理解和洞察力，有自动驾驶行业经验或深度支持研发团队者优先。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维、数据处理与分析能力，熟练使用办公软件。
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神。
- 具备出色的问题解决和应变能力。
