HR Partner & Site HR Manager

About the role

Cabot is looking for an experienced HR Partner & Site HR Manager to join its Shanghai Holding Office, the hub for Cabot China and Asia Pacific. You will work closely with business and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective people solutions, shaping talent, culture and employee experience in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Cabot’s HR strategy for the Shanghai Holding Office, aligning talent initiatives with business goals.
• Act as a trusted HR business partner to leaders across R&D, Commercial, Global Business Services and corporate functions.
• Provide organization diagnosis, structure optimization, team effectiveness and leadership capability advice.
• Use workforce data and employee feedback to guide talent and organization decisions.
• Lead full‑cycle site HR activities: recruitment support, onboarding, development, performance management, rewards, engagement and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, RC, ISO and other internal/external control standards.
• Drive HR operational efficiency through tools such as Workday and related HRIS platforms.

Required profile

• Proven HR professional with strong business partnering experience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational challenges.
• Experience in both strategic HR partnership and hands‑on site HR management.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and HR analytics.
