HR Manager – The Mountain The Sea Hotel Dali

About the role

The Mountain The Sea Hotel Dali is seeking a strategic HR Manager to partner with the executive leadership team. You will drive HR and talent initiatives that support business success and foster a great workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the strategic HR partner to hotel executives, delivering talent strategy, recruitment, compensation, performance reviews, employee relations and compliance.
• Align HR strategies and KPIs with business objectives and DE&I targets.
• Implement HR projects across compensation, benefits, talent management, digitalization and productivity.
• Develop workforce plans that balance cost efficiency, operational flexibility and talent quality.
• Manage the annual HR budget, forecasts and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Hilton policies across all HR functions.
• Collaborate with operations to plan and manage diverse workforce groups, including GIG, outsourced workers and trainees.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting continuous learning and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or manager in the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of talent development, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
• Ability to design and execute workforce strategies that meet operational needs.
• Experience managing HR budgets and ensuring legal compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
