HR Manager – Business Partner & Talent Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the Gates HR Leadership team. The role will act as a strategic business partner, driving human‑resource strategies that support the company’s rapid growth while upholding Gates’ values and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR programs with corporate strategy and provide timely, data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Oversee the full employee life‑cycle, including onboarding, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, terminations and restructuring.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, monitor turnover, and drive improvements in workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, social security requirements and Gates’ regional HR policies.
• Support the development and implementation of HR software tools and attendance systems.
• Coach managers on talent development, performance management and change‑management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of supporting aggressive expansion and business transformation.
• Deep knowledge of local labor law, employment regulations and social security systems.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with the capacity to influence across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated business acumen and change‑management leadership.
