职位概况
负责公司研发、生产、销售、临床等核心技术部门的专业人才招聘，确保项目与运营及时获得合适人才。
主要职责
- 根据年度计划和临时需求，执行研发生产岗位的全流程招聘。
- 完成职位发布、简历筛选、初试沟通、面试协调、录用跟进等环节。
- 与业务部门沟通需求，维护招聘渠道并评估效果。
- 进行电话面试、候选人评估，管理候选人体验。
- 记录招聘数据，支持校园招聘及流程优化。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上，人力资源、心理学、生命科学、化学、药学或工科相关专业。
- 5年以上专职招聘经验，具生物医药、化工或高端制造研发岗位招聘经验者优先。
- 熟悉招聘模块操作，能快速理解技术岗位要求。
- 具备良好沟通、逻辑执行、严谨细致和团队协作能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件及主流招聘管理系统。
