职位概况
负责公司业务大区（销售+实施交付）的HR业务合作伙伴，推动人才成长、组织发展及企业文化落地。
主要职责
- 负责大区HRBP工作，支持业务团队。
- 制定人员成长计划和人才梯队建设方案。
- 与各层级管理者及员工沟通，提升HR管理效率。
- 推动企业价值观传播与文化建设。
- 进行人员盘点，优化组织结构，解决运营组织问题。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，互联网公司背景。
- 1年以上HRBP经验，支持50人以上团队。
- 熟悉招聘、培训、组织发展、企业文化等HR模块。
- 学习能力强，责任心强，抗压能力佳。
