Housekeeping Coordinator

About the role

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the Housekeeping team in delivering the high‑quality service standards expected by Four Seasons guests. This position ensures smooth communication, accurate record‑keeping, and prompt handling of guest requests and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce quality and service standards for housekeeping operations.
• Monitor the phone log book, ensuring quick and correct handling of guest requests.
• Analyze recurring issues, propose solutions, and follow up on guest preferences.
• Update guest history and remarks in the Opera system for complaints or special requests.
• Provide assistance to guests at all times and answer calls following established etiquette.
• Record all telephone interactions and disseminate relevant information to concerned parties.
• Keep the Assistant Director and Director of Housekeeping informed of extraordinary or emergency situations.
• Manage master‑key sign‑out and return, ensuring orderly storage and daily hand‑out.
• File daily reports and worksheets in an organized manner.

Required profile

• College education or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international‑class hotel.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Calm, patient, service‑oriented and a team player.
• Responsible, fair, and passionate about hospitality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera hotel management system.
• General computer skills for record‑keeping and communication.
