职位概况
负责客房、走廊、布草房和餐具柜的清洁与维护，确保客用品及时补充，并满足客人及上级的服务需求。
主要职责
- 按照标准程序清洁客房、走廊、布草房和餐具柜。
- 补充客用品，确保客人需求得到及时满足。
- 核对并完成客人送洗衣物的干洗单。
- 填写客房检查报告，标记差异并上报主管。
- 正确使用清洁剂和抹布，进行杯具消毒。
- 报告客房内的损坏或故障，保持设备清洁与维修。
- 完成区域客房报告和每日客房检查工作单。
任职要求
- 具备初中或同等学历。
- 拥有一定的客房清洁工作经验。
必备技能
- 熟悉客房清洁流程和标准。
- 能够正确使用清洁剂和清洁工具。
