Abercrombie & Fitch旗下Hollister品牌在天津佛罗伦萨小镇门店招聘服装导购/品牌代表。岗位负责为顾客提供热情周到的服务、维护店铺陈列整洁，并处理收银及线上订单相关事务。

主要职责

  • 为顾客提供热情、周到、宾至如归的服务，主动了解需求并提供产品推荐与搭配建议
  • 协助补货，保持卖场整洁有序，按尺码整理商品并落实陈列标准
  • 准确高效处理购买、退换货等收银事务，保持友好亲切的结账服务
  • 支持缺货订购、门店自提及线上订单打包发货

任职要求

  • 中文流畅
  • 能营造热情、包容的顾客体验
  • 能适应快节奏环境，兼顾顾客服务与日常事务
  • 条理清晰、注重细节，工作可靠且出勤稳定
